A gentle yoga class tailored to the newcomer to yoga and fully supports the aging process. Yoga has many benefits or gifts, some of which are enhanced flexibility, promote heart health, help improve balance within the body, lift your spirits and create a deeper, more restful sleep!
Yoga has added much value to my overall well-being and it is my passion to share this life enhancing practice with others.
