Katina is a self professed movement junkie! Starting off as a personal trainer, she soon fell in love with learning more about flow based methods of teaching including Animal Flow, yoga, kettlebells, and steel mace. Katina traveled to Germany to specialize in Budokon Yoga, a style rooted in primal strength, mobility, and birthed from martial arts. She currently teaches students how to embody the warrior within, and is passionate about encouraging others to be strong and fearless.
