Jahdea is a Jamaican-born yoga guide passionate about helping high performing women reconnect with their bodies through rest, resilience, and mindful movement.
Her classes offer a calm, grounding space where students can slow down, breathe deeply, and explore their bodies with curiosity and compassion. Through intentional movement and stillness, she guides students in releasing tension, cultivating strength with softness, and building a deeper sense of connection to themselvesāboth on and off the mat.
Yoga found this Yardie in 2020, just before she uprooted her life and moved to the United States. What began as a personal practice for healing and stress relief became a powerful pathway back to balance in mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by the transformation she experienced, Jahdea completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification with Pro Power Yoga in September 2024. Her teaching weaves together Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles to support nervous system healing and embodied awareness.
Students leave her classes feeling calmer, more connected to themselves, and empowered to cultivate both softness and strength in their everyday lives.
