Budokon Yoga
Saturday May 30, 2026 10:45am - 11:45am EDT
Budokon Yoga is a style of yoga founded by martial arts and yoga master Cameron Shayne in the early 2000's. This series consists of 7 sections of slow and controlled movements designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. During this one-hour class you will experience the first two and final two sections of the series. These techniques are learned through repetition and precision, with an emphasis on the transitions from posture to posture, rather than the holding of postures. The purpose of this class is to gain muscular strength, cardiovascular stamina, as well as joint mobility, and to familiarize students with the Series.

Saturday May 30, 2026 10:45am - 11:45am EDT
Feeling mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”? Emotional burnout often lives in the body long before we recognize it in the mind. Join Yoga Therapist Sherry Steine for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore emotional balance. Through slow, supported postures, mindful breath awareness, and trauma-informed guidance, this practice invites you to release tension held in the hips, spine, and heart space while shifting from chronic doing into embodied rest. No striving—just space to soften, reset, and reconnect. Participants will experience long-held floor-based Yin poses, gentle nervous system education, and a deeply restorative final relaxation to support integration and renewal. You’ll leave with simple tools—including a short Yin sequence and breathing practice—to help regulate stress and improve rest long after the festival ends

Scentsuosity Yin Yoga Experience
Saturday May 30, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
The Scentsuosity Yin Yoga Class is a gentle, restorative practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore balance to your mind and spirit. This calming experience blends mindful breathing, intentional movement, and deep relaxation to create a peaceful space for healing and renewal. We begin with a breathing meditation, allowing you to settle into the present moment. Through slow, conscious breaths, you will release tension, quiet the mind, and create a sense of inner calm that prepares the body for movement. Next, we move into a gentle warm-up, awakening the body with soft, mindful motions that increase circulation and ease the muscles and joints into relaxation. This gradual transition supports the body in preparing for deeper stretches without strain. The practice then flows into yin-inspired gentle stretching, where poses are held for longer periods to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. These slow, supported stretches help improve flexibility, release stored tension, and encourage energetic balance while allowing you to move at your own comfortable pace. The session closes with Savasana, a deeply restorative relaxation. During this final resting pose, the body fully integrates the benefits of the practice. With calming breath and stillness, you are invited to surrender stress, restore your energy, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and centered. I Scentsuosity Yin Yoga is more than a class—it is a nurturing wellness experience that encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and gentle self-care for the body, mind, and spirit.
