Students are guided through basic body awareness exercises that gently warm up the body while stretching, lengthening, and strengthening the muscles. Yoga poses (asanas) are adapted to meet each student’s individual needs and abilities. Breath awareness practices are incorporated to support deeper breathing, expand lung capacity, and encourage the intentional release of stress from daily life.
