Feeling mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”? Emotional burnout often lives in the body long before we recognize it in the mind. Join Yoga Therapist Sherry Steine for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore emotional balance. Through slow, supported postures, mindful breath awareness, and trauma-informed guidance, this practice invites you to release tension held in the hips, spine, and heart space while shifting from chronic doing into embodied rest. No striving—just space to soften, reset, and reconnect. Participants will experience long-held floor-based Yin poses, gentle nervous system education, and a deeply restorative final relaxation to support integration and renewal. You’ll leave with simple tools—including a short Yin sequence and breathing practice—to help regulate stress and improve rest long after the festival ends
